Event Update & Customer FAQ

Due to overwhelming demand and the need for a larger and safer setup area, the Epic Bounce USA event has been relocated to Ingram Park Mall and rescheduled to next week to allow proper setup, inspections, and an expanded experience.

We understand schedule changes can be frustrating and appreciate your patience while we work to deliver a bigger and better event for everyone.

Below are answers to the most common questions.

  • The original location could not accommodate the high number of tickets sold and the expanded attractions we are adding.

    To ensure the safest and best possible experience, the event has been moved to Ingram Park Mall, which provides significantly more space and infrastructure for the event.

  • Ingram Park Mall. - 6301 Northwest Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78238.

    This larger venue allows us to include additional attractions and improved guest experience.

  • The event has been moved to next week, March 20th-22nd & March 27th-29th to accommodate guests who already purchased tickets.

    When redeeming your ticket online, you will be able to choose from the available session times.

  • Yes.

    All previously purchased tickets remain valid and can be used to schedule a session at the new location.

  • ue to the scale of production and the costs associated with organizing large events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as stated at the time of purchase.

    However, we understand that schedule changes may affect some guests. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, we are happy to offer the following option:

    Event Credit

    Guests who cannot attend the new event dates may request a full credit toward a future Epic Bounce USA event.

    Your credit can be used for:

    • Any upcoming Epic Bounce USA event

    • Future tour stops in the same city

    • Tickets for friends or family

    Credits will remain valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

    Groupon Purchases

    Guests who purchased through Groupon must follow Groupon’s refund policies and procedures. If Groupon does not issue a refund, your voucher will still be honored as a credit for a future Epic Bounce USA event.

    Birthday Parties & Group Packages

    Customers with birthday party or group bookings will be contacted directly by our team to reschedule and receive additional upgrades for the inconvenience.

    All previously purchased tickets remain valid and can be used to schedule a session at the new location.

    • Groupon customers may request a refund directly through Groupon

    Because of the larger venue we are adding additional features including:

    • Expanded inflatable park
    • Additional play zones
    • Carnival-style games
    • More space for guests

  • Your ticket now includes up tp (4) hours of extended jump time, giving guests more time to enjoy the attractions.

  • Our team is reaching out directly to birthday party guests to reschedule and upgrade your experience at the new location.

  • Yes. Sessions are limited for safety and capacity reasons. We recommend redeeming your ticket and selecting a time as soon as possible.
